Never got 4k updates

I did check them. I have 10+ xbox one x enhanced games but none of them updated even when I open them. The games look bad when I open them too.

Xbox One OS updates will automatically apply whichever current features are available for our customers.

Your console should be in fact up to date with all current features, to which 4K on the Xbox One X is accessed when each title is upscaled.

Start the game it usually forces you to update the one x updates for the games

Hi, which game/s is it? As coco meat train stated, sometimes you have to open my games & apps, go to games, highlight the game you want, press the menu button (three dashes) and select manage game. Remember not all games are Xbox One X enhanced.
