Never got 3 month groove code

I was supposed to get 4 months of groove free. I never recieved the email with trial code for the 3 months

I signed up for a month of Groove music last month and was supposed to get 3 more months free but never got my codes. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, There was a deal where if you subscribed to Groove Music for the Labor Day sale, you’d get two 3-month tokens for Groove Music in an email by the end of September. Spetember ended, and I never got my codes. I have never subscribed to Groove Music previously,
I am eligible for the promotion and I did not receive my codes.
