Never got $15 gift card with 12 month renewal.

I bought 12 months of Xbox live a week ago and it said I would receive a $15 gift card as part of a promotion. When I confirmed my purchase I was taken out of the store and back to the home screen as if nothing happened, and received no messages in my email
or on the system about the gift card. What is going on?

i bought a 12 mouth gold with a $15 gift card and only gotten a $5 gift card.

 

Xbox live renewal!

Basically last year I paid for xbox live via the store, at christmas got a xbox live gift card off my aunt great! So cancel my renewal online and entered gift card code, got a message to say I had redeemed a 12 month code! Today my xbox is saying my live
account can't play online?? Any help would be great

 

Also did you buy using a creditcard or a prepaid 1 year code?

If a prepaid membershup then no youbneed to buy the dashboard membership with the creditcard

As per the terms and conditions of the offer you get rhw code in 4 weeks

 

Yeah, I bought it with my credit card on the Xbox itself, didn't know it took 4 weeks though, thanks

 

This did not help me because I did pay with credit card and I did receive the 5.00 but that should of been 15.00
