Never got $15 Gift Card for Watch Dogs purchase":

I need help. I ordered Watch Dogs and was supposed to get a $15 gift card for purchasing the game. My order number is 12560638348.

I preordered Watch Dogs and my 15 dollar gift card doesn't work.

I preordered Watch Dogs and got a 15 dollar gift card. The gift card doesn't work. I've tried redeeming it on about 5 different websites in as many ways possible but it still doesn't work. Also, it's only a 9 digit code and every place always asks for a
25 digit code.

I've talked to customer support but get very little help. Is anybody else having this problem and does anybody know of a way that I can redeem my 15 dollar gift card. Thanks.

 

Who ordered Xbox Day One from Gamestop online?

I had ordered mine with Watch Dogs so they had to change that. Now I got 2x of Xbox listed but one is 0.00. Than I have added some gift cards so now I can't change my credit card info.

Where did you go to preorder Watch Dogs? If you're referring to the Microsoft Store promotion, then you'll need to get in touch with the Microsoft Store about this issue. To do that, I suggest using the

i have not received my gift card either. The status says it has been completed but i never received it.
