I Preordered Gears of War 4 with Paypal but Did Not Receive Xbox Credit

Hi, I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 with Paypal using this promo:

Pre-order Gears of War 4 with PayPal and get $10 in free Xbox Store credit

but I haven't received my $10 credit when it said I should receive it within 10 days. Can anyone help?

Rewards credits

I never seem to receive my rewards credits. The first time this happened it was for the gears of war 4 purchase. I never got credits for purchasing it on the dash. This time I purchased fallout 4 and haven't received credit for it. It doesn't say pending
either.

I'm having a similar issue when I redeemed the code in everything I never got it a code in a confirmation email or anything but if I go on the windows store on my PC gears of war 4 is in my library but it asks me to purchase it

Purchasing Gears of War 4 on Windows 10 PC will automatically unlock the Xbox One version as long as you use the same Microsoft Account that the game was purchased on Windows 10 with. Purchasing any Xbox Play Anywhere game requires no further action to play
it on both platforms.

You can find Gears of War 4 in your 'Ready to install' list on Xbox One. Hope this helps!
