never giving promototional credit

Recently I have been renting a lot of movies from Xbox video. I was given a messgae from xbox live 3 or. 4 days ago that I would get a promotional credit of $6.50. that never was received or added to my account.

I went to acceot my 55 keys from the community bingos, the game froze and when it came back up the keys was gone and not credited to me.

I never pre-ordered and was not going too, wasn't impressed by the beta. Then seen Amazon was giving 20 credit toward future purchases, couldn't pass that up.

Sorry to hear about the issues with promotional credit. Just to verify, can you check your billings page for your recent activity? The promotional credit should pop up.

and if that doesn't sound relevant. Look around your E-mail and see if you can find the e-mail regarding your promotional credit.

Those emails are actually sent as reminders. Those credits started going out in October so it is possible the credits were given to you sometime over the past few months and may have already been used.
