Never get rewards points or status

    Never get rewards points or status


    I find it ridiculous that every game, movie, or membership I've purchased over the last two and a half years has been directly off of the Xbox store on console and I've never received and rewards points or VIP status? Spent upwards of $1,000 and still no
    points. Can anyone explain this??

    How can I transfer my gamer points to my xbox live rewards account

    I am a member of the xbox rewards club. It says that once i get at least 3000 points i get the VIP status of a "Contender" but it never shows up. two of my referrals have upgraded to gold using the link emailed to them but my 1000 points for that never show
    up. I also was under the impression that I could get my gamer points to transfer some how to my xbox rewards account but i dont know how. Also, I am a member on points.com which allows me to exchange or trade my points. My xbox rewards account shows up like
    all the other things i have joined but never allows any type of exchange-can this be fixed?



    .......so many questions, not enough answers, i need so help!!!!! Never get rewards points or status :)

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Make sure you have actually signed up to the rewards scheme, the sky reward offer was made when the rewards scheme went live, if you already signed up to use Sky player before that time or werent a Gold member status then you dont get the points now...you
    have to be a new skyplayer user to get the points. if you have any issues you can email the rewards team using the contact details on the Rewards page
