never get my power keys

Discus and support never get my power keys in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I always play the power bingo cards and many many times have qualified for the power bingo keys, but they have never shown up.     I always play the power bingo cards and many many times have qualified for the power bingo keys, but they have never shown up. How come? Also watching ads for power coins and for keys has also never worked.

    Microsoft Bingo

    I made power bingos and was supposed to get keys when community goal was reached Never got keys. Any help?

    I would like to know why I don't get my keys when in Power Bingo you've hit goals? I never have gotten the first one.

    I had the same issue, but happened to find mine under the "Social" tile. If you click the "Social" tile you should find you power bingo rewards listed and be able to claim them.

    This is super counter intuitive, so I get the confusion.

    I have filled a power card on 3 occasions and i never get the 100 keys?

    I have never gotten any of my earned keys on a power card. This game would be awesome if it worked. I am about to stop playing.

    HERE     and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

    I never got my key reward either. Beginning to get VERY annoyed with Microsoft.
