Never enter codes through xbox companion

I entered the code on xbox live trial 2 weeks in this stupid application, the code was accepted, and yet on the console there is no possibility play in the network.

Best of all, my account doesn't show me entering any code.

The Poland helpline is a complete failure, they can't help with anything, because they can't see that the code has been entered. I wanted to give everything: IP number, date of purchase, serial number, I learned that they still do not have access to it.

The only solution is to uninstall this stupid application and never use it. No more contact with this pathetic company.

Also you may contact Xbox customer support. As they will be able to look into your account. Remember to be logged into your account when contacting support

I contacted the Polish service and they can't help in any way because can't see that I registered this code on my account.

That is why I want to give everything I can that someone checked on which ip was registered. I registered him through this stupid mobile application.
