Never-ending purchase confirmation

Hello,

I have been trying to buy L4D and L4D2 for the last week to play on my Xbox one. I have to go through xbox.com to purchase the game. Everytime click on "download to xbox 360", I log into my account, go to the confirm purchase page. I click confirm where
another screen appears with a loading animation that never stops. Eventually the page times out and brings me back to the game home page. I check to see if there is a charge to my account... nothing. Check to see if i can download the game...nope. I've tried
chrome, edge, and explorer all the same thing. What's going on? Is there a fix action?

Please, copy & paste your issue in this thread (older). Maybe if a lot of people notice this problem someone can fix it!

apparently you can't purchase it on xbox one, i haven't found a reason as to why, but when i went to microsoft store on my computer it says that its not available for purchase, i hope this helps, sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I have looked over it more in-depth and thought that the "Expires on 2019-01-05." was when my membership status runs out, and it is but it is also when the deal ends. Guess I subscribed at the right moment to confuse me.

Thanks for the help but it never need to come down to the confirmation of the purchase to see it.

L I didn't win although I honestly don't even think the winner actually ends up receiving the pc as there is never any confirmation.
