Never buy MS product in first time again !!!

i got Xbox one day one edition, well, i think ppl who bought day one edtion are the one gave u guys most support, we dont know if xbox one is good or bad, but we are gonna take it, but look what u did for us...

NOTHING !!! we paid most expensive price and all the good stuff or policy are not for our day one buyer... now, you bundle free games, gave away redeem code and one thing that make me angry the most is now u said xbox one can work without kinect... its
no big deal.

sry about my English, but today when i saw MS gave new buyers a 75 dollar redeem code through July , im very angry, i was a big xbox fan or MS fan , but now, i doubt it.

i just feel MS shouldnt treat loyal customer like this.....

Alright seriously? Episode 4 is out and I still can't see episode 2. At this point in time I've pretty much decided never to buy another show through MS again. This is just ridiculous. I spent good money and I expect the product I paid for.

Hmmm I got to play on x1 since November. I'm ok with paying extra. Maybe now those that can't seem to let go of the 360 will now.

 

I wouldn't quite say that. Since launch, they've brought out updates which include controller battery indicator, recent player list, dolby support, and there's a sense of fun of trying out asap Zoo Tycoon and Forza 5 which released last year. And they
professionally wrote Day 1 2013 on the controller. True I feel a bit let down that Xbox 1 is missing Xbox features which Xbox 360 like voice messaging change Dash background etc but that can easily be corrected through an update. True some authorized retailers
are selling it now for like $100 less than the launch price or bundling it with games. But at least you were among the first to experience Xbox 1 which is an experience which those who didn't get Xbox 1 when it launched. When I picked it up day 1, EB Games
packed it into a large carry bag which was given free, as well as some Xbox wrist bands and an Xbox necklace which you could attach your keys to. And EB Games sold it to me for $1 BELOW the RRP so that too I'm OK about as I can say I didn't pay full RRP for
Day 1 I paid BELOW that.

 

Welcome to the wonderful, ever-evolving world of electronics. When I bought my TV 2 years ago, it was $1,500.... the same TV now costs $700. Am I mad about it? No. This is how things work. The price of parts goes down when newer (see: faster) technology
is released.

I'm not trying to get personal or be rude,but how old are you? Because in my old age I have come to accept that price drops and rebates happen all the time. Sometimes price drops come the very next day after buying something. Example I just bought a Vizio
E600-B3 60 inch tv and a week later it dropped in price $50. Am I mad? no I'm not . I bought it knowing it would some day be cheaper.

Just like every other electronic device now in service on planet earth, there are updates and improvements to said devices. This is how it is. If you look forward to the updates and not back at what was you might find this device is kilometers ahead of

this is the nature of business, the X1 is selling well, but not as well as the PS4, so to the internet it meant the X1 was failing, so MS changed policies to reduce the price, some retails are running popular discounts to move product.

welling to bet we won't see a drop in the PS4 price until the X1 starts outselling it.

Early adopters are paying for early access to the hardware and whatever content there is, as well as the option to provide feedback and test new features (early access program).

And where have
you been for the lifespan of the 360, the PS3, the Wii? All of those previous consoles did something similar after initial launch. Why did you think Xbox One would be different?

You are complaining about being an early adopter. Next time, don't be an early adopter. It's ok if you're not. There are those of us who buy knowing that we're paying for access ahead of the rest. If you prefer to work the bang-for-the-buck angle, do that.
Don't buy at launch. There's nothing wrong with that.

 

Having it since day one is good enough for me ..Like merlin said ,we got to enjoy it since November .

 

I got an Xbox Day One Achievement, so worth it!
