    I purchased a re-furbished Xbox One console, from Microsoft, online on 2/4/15. I did not receive it, via UPS, until 2/10/15. I proceeded to unbox this highly anticipated item. My girlfriend and I ordered this second console so that valentines Day could be
    spent with both of us playing our favorite games together on the new gen consoles! Well lo and behold, I hook up everything, according to microsoft instruction, press the power button...it blinks, makes a tone, then immediately shuts off...repeated, same result...reconfigured
    wires...same result...troubleshot everything, including the power block...no change. Now that console was returned via FedEx (interesting Microsoft uses UPS to deliver and FedEx to have things returned...) for repair on 2/10/15, it is now 2/16/15 and according
    to tracking, it has sat in McCallen, Texas over the weekend and the estimated return window is somewhere between 2/27/15 and 3/6/15...More than a MONTH after originally ordering the product! Very last time I ever order any refurbished item online and last
    time I will ever order a physical product from Microsoft! Should have gone with Amazon...Found same product and I have Prime membership so 2 day shipping, also Amazon guarantees working product or replaces it. Sadly I counted on the parent company being more
    diligent than they were...

    Now i know obviously microsoft doesnt care about me im just a customer whos supported them since day one butttt, never again will i spend a dime on anything microsoft.. Ive had 2 original xboxes, one halo 3 edition, and 2 slims.. Now i take great care of
    my purchases BUT Not ONE of my consoles has lasted more than a year whether it be the ring of death , a failing disk drive , or my favorite a thunderstorm, no matter what your xbox was manufactured with a set date to self destruct itself. I for one will not
    pay more than it costs to pay a months worth of bills to play xbox until they want me to purchase another console. To add to the garbage consoles they make they also make you pay monthly for xbox live which goes offline randomly at least 2 times a month. For
    all the money ive spent on xbox alone you would think id be a valued customer and theyd say [Profanity removed] man this guy has spent well over 2 grand on our products and has been [Profanity removed] every time.. but nope
    im just another dollar sign in their litlle scam. [Profanity removed] xbox ill pull my sega genesis out (which btw STILL works AMAZING RIGHT MICROSOFT????) before i even think about doing anything with microsoft again.

    I hardly have network connection issues on my Xbox 360 Slim which i've had for 8-9 years. I think it's something on your side, not Xbox's side.

    Wow too much negativity for me this morning reading this post, but hey there is always one they say...

    We all had out chares of problems with the xbox 360 but er moved from that and for me the x360 was a wonderful experience overall...

    Sadly the moderate network has nothing to do with the console at all since all you needed to do to fix your ISP was maybe a call to verify if the ports for your connection needed to be open, that was easy to do but clearly you never did...

    The disc drive problem as soon as you saw it was defective you should claimed the warranty at the local store, I mean hoping that you tested your equipmemt during the first 30 days of the purchase which I recomend to anyone buying electronic devices should
    do and if not you have the xbox warranty for 1 entire year...

    I dont know but you are blaming Microsoft for stuff you did not good on your end đŸ€”

    There is something wrong with you for making up all these false claims about the new xbox one s I have had mine since it came out and no problems what so ever. And my friend has bought 5 and never had any issues. You must keep it in a very dusty dirty
    house and have it choked off from fresh air.

    I find that 9 times out of 10 connection issues stem from your network and not the things attached to it.
