    Buenas tardes Iob32, debido a que no puedes desconectar la red de la forma habitual como mencionaste, te podría ayudar con 2 soluciones:

    1.- Cambiar el nombre y la contraseña del router el cual quieres desconectarte, esto evitará la conexión automática ya que tendrás que volver a introducir la contraseña de esta red.

    2.- Si hubiera una posibilidad de que te conectes a la red que deseas mediante un cable Ethernet, hazlo ya que cuando conectes este cable se desconectará automáticamente la red inalámbrica la cual no deseas estar conectado.

    If this helps to clarify, I had an issue with my OG Xbox one where I could not connect wirelessly either. No matter what I did, no networks would show up and it told me I would have to send it into Microsoft for a repair. However, connecting by ethernet
    totally fixed my problem. So I hope this helps!

    could be a number of things.

    some things that will help

    reset your router - back of router

    power cycle your xbox - turn off & unplug xbox for 1 minute and plug it back in

    clear your alternate mac - settings-network settings-advanced-alternate mac-clear (your xbox will restart)

    static IP - if unsure on how to do so contact your service provider and they should have a tech department that can help.

    check you have an open NAT type - if not sometimes resetting the router will help but you may need to have some ports opened through your router - port
