Networking with 3 or more xboxes on the same modem

I am helping someone out with an issue on using multiple xboxes on the same IP and modem, we solved and are working with 2 units on the same network with no issues. The real issue arises once you add that third unit into the mix, all NATs go either moderate
or strict and all connects to any sort of game fails.

Things done already:

Static IPs to all units

Port forwarding

Port triggering to avoid overlaps

put one box on the dmz with the other two working on the assigned ports

It doesn't seem to matter to any of the configurations, it will always fail when there are more than 2 on the network at once....has anyone encountered this or know of a solution, all online searches that I find direct to only two units on the same network.

Before we proceed, please post up the make and model of your modem, and router (if this is not a single unit).

The only method you should work with is UPnP (Universal Plug and Play). However, different router vendors implement UPnP slightly different.

The less secured the UPnP protocol is implemented, the better it works with multiple Xbox consoles connecting to the same Internet connection (less restrictive form of NAT).

The more secured the UPnP protocol is implemented, more headache it will cause to the one trying to setup two, or more Xbox consoles to the same Internet connection (most restrictive form of NAT).
