Are you trying to log into your router to configure port forwarding? Or do you want to know the IP that has been assigned to your Xbox One by the router? If you need to log into the router, Portforward.com has a complete list of routers and login information,
great resource! Just so you know, the TalkTalk router is, I believe, manufactured by Huawei but you will need the specific model number off of the router to look up the right login instructions.

If you want to know your IP address that has already been assigned to the Xbox, you should be able to press Menu -> Settings -> Network -> Advanced Settings, which if I recall correctly, will show your IP address, DNS, etc.

    : Networking Hardware Information?

It mainly depends on your budget and also what type of device your ISP has provided for your networking needs. I work for a ISP and I have experiences with many different types of devices and configurations.

Nighthawk by Netgear has been a highly reliable device and keep in mind the configuration of your ISP device and your device is very essential. Ex: are you looking to replace the device your ISP provides or are you adding a Router to their modem ?
Hello, maybe you can give some advice, i posted this on a diff thread haven’t gotten much feed back on it except that my Wi-Fi antena or something could’ve been damaged, which makes sence.

I live in California and have Spectrum internet. I’ve never used the free modem they provide and currently use an Arris SBG6580 (about 3 years old) that I think I should replace, there was several power surges not long
ago and it has been acting up since then. No previous issues before that. All my devices keep losing connection to the Wi-Fi, message saying incorrect password pops up. A quick power off on/reset to the modem router fixes the issue but it later turns out it
disconnects again, its all devices on Wi-Fi. I have my XB1 hard wired at all times along with other devices. More devices run on wi-Fi. Should I get the free modem without Wi-Fi and buy a new router to connect to the modem and go that route and will there
be an extra charge for Wi-Fi? Or should I just buy a new modem router combo use that instead of the free modem? I know the free modem wont be the best. I also recently discovered that my ISP raised the speed on my plan for everyone up to 200mbps is what I
read. I see that Netgear, Asus and Linksys are the popular options. What do you all suggest and recommend?
