    Arris Router Model Not Listed

    I was looking to get IPv6 for my Xbox One S console, it said to go to xbox.com/IPv6. So I did and to look up my router. My service provider is suddenlink but they use Arris routers. So I went to look for the model of my Arris router.
    The model was TG2482A it was not listed under the Arris routers in the Networking Hardware Information forum. So I dont know if I'm doin somethin wrong or not. Need to know.

    In fact, theres not even an option for Arris Routers
