    Hi I've got download issues downloading from gamepass I've always had 205 Mbps now it gets to 200 Mbps plus then after two or 3 minutes it total drops speed to about 25mbps then jumps back up to over 200mbps I've tested my network on my Xbox series s and it's always 275 Mbps I was wondering if Iam trying to download when a lot of people are on the server.

    If this helps to clarify, I had an issue with my OG Xbox one where I could not connect wirelessly either. No matter what I did, no networks would show up and it told me I would have to send it into Microsoft for a repair. However, connecting by ethernet
    totally fixed my problem. So I hope this helps!

    could be a number of things.

    some things that will help

    reset your router - back of router

    power cycle your xbox - turn off & unplug xbox for 1 minute and plug it back in

    clear your alternate mac - settings-network settings-advanced-alternate mac-clear (your xbox will restart)

    static IP - if unsure on how to do so contact your service provider and they should have a tech department that can help.

    check you have an open NAT type - if not sometimes resetting the router will help but you may need to have some ports opened through your router - port
