    For the past years my internet has been completely fine, running speedtests and getting 100mpbs plus, and getting about 50-80 mb/s on downloading xbox things. But not for the past few weeks my download speed ONLY on xbox has been at rates of 10 kpbs to
    10 mbps. And theres tons of reports of people having the same issues across youtube and the internet. Sit seems its xbox’s fault than everything is slow. Can we get a fix soon?

    If this helps to clarify, I had an issue with my OG Xbox one where I could not connect wirelessly either. No matter what I did, no networks would show up and it told me I would have to send it into Microsoft for a repair. However, connecting by ethernet
    totally fixed my problem. So I hope this helps!

    could be a number of things.

    some things that will help

    reset your router - back of router

    power cycle your xbox - turn off & unplug xbox for 1 minute and plug it back in

    clear your alternate mac - settings-network settings-advanced-alternate mac-clear (your xbox will restart)

    static IP - if unsure on how to do so contact your service provider and they should have a tech department that can help.

    check you have an open NAT type - if not sometimes resetting the router will help but you may need to have some ports opened through your router - port
