    Hello! I'm sorry that you're having trouble connecting. There aren't a ton of details provided, so I'm not sure what it's doing when you attempt to connect. Is there an error code that is given?

    You should be able to connect your Xbox 360 using an internet hotspot. On your XBox 360, choose “Settings” from the dashboard and then “System – Network Settings.” Your hotspot will appear as one of your choices; select it using the direction pad and then
    enter the password or network key when prompted. Your XBox 360 will automatically connect to XBox Live. If you can’t see the network, click “Configure network” and then scroll to the “Basic Settings” tab and choose “Wireless mode.” Select “Scan for Networks”
    and then highlight the hotspot to join that network.

    If this helps to clarify, I had an issue with my OG Xbox one where I could not connect wirelessly either. No matter what I did, no networks would show up and it told me I would have to send it into Microsoft for a repair. However, connecting by ethernet
    totally fixed my problem. So I hope this helps!

    could be a number of things.

    some things that will help

    reset your router - back of router

    power cycle your xbox - turn off & unplug xbox for 1 minute and plug it back in

    clear your alternate mac - settings-network settings-advanced-alternate mac-clear (your xbox will restart)

    static IP - if unsure on how to do so contact your service provider and they should have a tech department that can help.

    check you have an open NAT type - if not sometimes resetting the router will help but you may need to have some ports opened through your router - port
