    That might happen because the WiFi software in the console "crashed", or because the WiFi in the console is defective.

    Try to restart your console by holding the power button for at least 10 seconds.

    Then turn the console on, and see if the console now sees your wireless network.

    If not, try to
    factory reset the Xbox console    .

    If that also didn't help, sign up your console for repair at
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com

    If this helps to clarify, I had an issue with my OG Xbox one where I could not connect wirelessly either. No matter what I did, no networks would show up and it told me I would have to send it into Microsoft for a repair. However, connecting by ethernet
    totally fixed my problem. So I hope this helps!

    could be a number of things.

    some things that will help

    reset your router - back of router

    power cycle your xbox - turn off & unplug xbox for 1 minute and plug it back in

    clear your alternate mac - settings-network settings-advanced-alternate mac-clear (your xbox will restart)

    static IP - if unsure on how to do so contact your service provider and they should have a tech department that can help.

    check you have an open NAT type - if not sometimes resetting the router will help but you may need to have some ports opened through your router - port
