Network wifi problems

Hi guys I'm having a problem with a few games saying you must have an active network connection to play Xbox network matches. This is happening with the likes of MW2, chivalry 2, no man's sky, Gotham knights ECT but works on MHW, rocket league, Forza horizon 5. I'm baffled as to why it's working on some and not on others. I've tried ever troubleshoot possible and according to virgin media nothing is wrong with my internet. Any help would be much appreciated as I've been trying to solve what's going on since Tuesday

Ok thank you for the information derek! Is there a reason why it's all of a sudden done this though? 13 years of Xbox and I've never had a problem like this before

Thank you Derek I'll give virgin media another call now and sort it out. Really appreciate the help.

This will happen at one time or another with any user who does not have the network configured.

Because the IP is always changing, and with that new configurations can appear on the devices

T, this error is very common.

The connection error is unique to the internet, so, as you are confirming, your network is in trouble.

To definitively solve this, just configure your network

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help
