Network tests good but no multiplayer

Discus and support Network tests good but no multiplayer in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an Xbox One and an Xbox One S.     Network tests good but no multiplayer


    I have an Xbox One and an Xbox One S. Both devices are connected to the internet, can download games, can use apps, and all network tests are good. Open NAT on both. Yet, I am unable to play anything multiplayer. Yes, I have gold. Everything looks good until
    I get in a game and no games will connect to the game server. I have restarted both Xboxs, I have rebooted my router, I have assigned static IPs, I have tried putting one Xbox in the DMZ, I have checked that UPNP is turned on. I'm at a loss now. Can anyone
    shed some light on what is wrong?

    Can't connect to Live

    In settings click on network and there are settings to test live and multiplayer

    Game update problem

    The network test was good. The multiplayer network test came back with " your download speed is too slow" at 30 Kbps it may be affecting network quality.

    the multiplayer test says that it cant finish the tests.

    xbox one randomly disconnects from xbox live

    i ran the tests and they both say:

    "Your network is good, but there are some xbox service issues

    Sorry, there is a problem on our side, To see which services are affected, check the current service status in Settings > Network or go to Xbox.com/status"

    edit: i ran the tests again today and the network connection test says:

    Everything is good

    your console is connected to the internet

    and the multiplayer connection test says:

    everything is good

    there are no problems with your connection for multiplayer. if you're still having trouble, try refreshing your NAT type

    Error code

    That error is a network issue so resetting your modem and router, do a reset of your Xbox (hold power button on your console till it turns off) do a network test by going to your console Settings\Network Test Network Connection, Test Multiplayer Connection
    and you should be good to go as long as it's not a internet provider issue.
