    Yes i am respectfully asking anyone for some assistance to this problem ive been having with my xbox 360 not connecting to xbox live or to network .I already unplugged n restarted it but mesaage keeps popping out "theres a problem with your connection.

    Connection to multiplayer-network failed Error-code "0x40002000064"

    I´m connected to xbox live but i can´t play multiplayer. Under settings i tried the multiplayer-network status and it says that an unknown error occured and i should visit xbox support and look for "0x40002000064".

    unknown status code?

    My gamertag can't be changed, it gave me an status code and when I went to the error/status code search and typed it perfectly and it says there isn't one like that please help the status code was 88b050008-6f419-9eeb859f

    Yes like I said, above I tried that. When I signed back on I got an error message, when I go into content restrictions on the xbox it says, "Your content restrictions are in effect, but cannot be changed until we connect to the service". When I got into
    privacy it says " There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again". I get that problem with almost everything I try to access

    Help with your Xbox One network connection    . Just go ahead and follow it closely and let us know if this has helped.

    Also if you are seeing any error messages when running your
    Network connection     or
    multiplayer connection    , you should be able to get specific troubleshooting for the specific message.
