Network status perfect! But I can’t play Bo4

Is this the only game you have through game sharing with the BO4 owner? If so, maybe the problem is with game sharing and not the game itself.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to play Bo4.

If this is the only game that you're experiencing difficulty with then I would try the steps outlined in "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes
during gameplay". It helps in terms of troubleshooting for a game in particular.

If that does not do the trick, there's also this little trick that I like to do that resolves a bunch of general problems that you may have concerning your console. When you get a chance to goSettings>Disc
& Blu-ray>Blu-ray>Persistent storage and clear it 3 times. After doing that, go to
Settings>Network>Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address
and clear that alternate MAC. The console will say it needs to restart to apply the change, so let it do that and then try play the game again.

Any error messages at all?

Assuming you bought it with the first account, are any messages coming up when it crashes or does it go directly back to the dashboard? I've had similar problems with certain games and I've found uninstalling and reinstalling usually fixes it.
