    slow internet speed

It will mostly affect your online games, Because you need a high speed network not to disconnect from any game..You can play some games using this network speed.

on titanfall matchmaking, there are several visual bugs like this. sometimes you got 3 or more bars, sometimes less .. 4 bars is the max, but if you get an bad "host" inside the team - sad. your ping is okay, but do not test the Connection on xbox Settings/Network,
because the testserver is in US/Australia or or .. already discussed.

My speeds are slow on my 360 as well. I pay for 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload from our internet provider. My Laptop that is on WiFi gets 57Mbps download and 6Mbps upload according to Speedtest.net, so it exceeds what i pay for. But on my 360 when I go
to network settings and go to network statistics it says i get 5Mbps upload(which is fine) but only 11.37Mbps download. and my router is not the problem because ive tried an ethernet cord straight from the modem and same thing.

Connection is wired. Pings are 38 ms on xbox and 8ms on PC.

    2.4 or 5ghz? (if it's wireless)

Signal strength is the wireless signal from your gateway or router. I am guessing you are using a wireless connection? This alone would cause the drop you are seeing. I would recommend trying a wired connection and seeing if that changes the speeds you are
    getting to your Xbox One.

Are you connected to the router via cable or wifi?

Did you check the NAT status in the network settings app on your Xbox One?

If the NAT appears to be Moderate, then you should "open" it by changing your router's Port Mapping settings.

If you need help to do so, try searching on the internet "xbox one nat" and your router's model name.

    Hope it helped.
