    Network speed test.....slow upload

So everything seems to be working fine, except when I run a network test my upload speed is quite slow on my X. I get 2-3 Mbps I should get close to 20. Download speed is right where I expect it to be

My OG one was fine, everything else on my network behaves as it should. NAT is open, tried both IPv4 only and with IPv6. The X is in the DMZ on my network. Restarted all networking hardware. Tried both wired and wireless with same results. Switched to
    dns with no change either.

I'm baffled. Anyone have any ideas?

    :)

  3. Keep getting disconnected from live every 5-10 minutes.

Every thing went fine when I testes my xbox live connection.

Here are my results for my network speed test.

    Ping:42ms

    Download speed:26.93mbps

    Upload speed:4.80mbps

I'm having issues too with my Xb1X, mine is the other way round tho.

I'm getting slow download speeds, I should be getting around 100mb but it averages out at about 20-30mb max!! (and even lower sometimes), upload is 6-7mb which is what I expect.

Using Virgin superhub 3, hard wired Cat 6, DMZ'd, open NAT and all other consoles/devices are showing correct speeds.

I've tried other ethernet cables, a Cat 5 cable and done reboots/restarts on everything but it isn't solving the issue.

Hope this gets noted by the relevant people as this is really spoiling my enjoyment of this great console.

i thought it was just me. Literally last week my Xbox was running fine and I had no problems with the online play on my Xbox one...but as soon as the Xbox one X comes out my upload speed drops down from 11 to 1 (sometimes under 1). My download speed usually
stays around 200. I get lagged out of NBA 2K during matches, and I can’t even stay logged in on the EA sports servers for madden. I have wired connection, up to 200 MBS per second speed, all of my ports are forwarded, hard restarted my Xbox and router, etc.
This has to be a Xbox live issue. Hopefully they have a update to try and stabilize the internet connection for everybody. It is literally a night and day change for me since last week. I just got Star Wars battlefront 2 today and I am scared to play online.

    Question

It uploads in the background when it doesn't disturb you so close all games and apps then it will upload faster. It could also be what MorseyBaby that you have a slow upload speed.

    You could run an
    internet speed test
    and check your upload speed.

    Game update problem

The network test was good. The multiplayer network test came back with " your download speed is too slow" at 30 Kbps it may be affecting network quality.
