    Network speed slower on one xbox series x than the other


    Hi I have two xbox series x consoles. both in my living room, both wired ethernet to same modem, but one gets 80mbs download the other 40mbs download. any idea?

    I had a series x, and got a new one planing to put the old one in a bedroom for my kid. but on the new one I realized it got slower network speed. so I bought the old one back to the living room and testing them both same ethernet cables, my old one is just plan faster. any ideas?

    Xbox one is horrible

    I always get a much greater download speed on my Xbox One than I do on my PS4 or my Switch. Only my PC gets better download speeds out of all of the formats that I use. Sorry to hear that you're having issues though, if you've only got slow speeds on your
    Xbox and not on other devices then you may have some network connectivity issues.

    I'm the opposite. My PS4 downloads faster than my X but slower than my original One.

    I know the issue you're talking about. I always see a lot slower speeds than what I actual have provided for my network connection as well.
