    If I share with another xbox on my network can I play shared games on the 2nd xbox when it's not connected to my network.

    Media player app / Windows 10 PC

    I upgraded mine over the weekend and had to setup Media Sharing & Homegroup again and then the Xbox Media Player App displayed my Windows 10 Laptop.

    Think all that is under Settings, Network & Internet and then Homegroup & Network & Sharing Centre. Make sure you share everything to your network and without a password enable.

    But which method are you using? Internet Connection Sharing or Bridging? If you are using ICS have you tried bridging instead? Are you sure you've read the second link because on XP I advise setting a manual ip address with XP so you would never get that

    Hi, yes you can, just make sure the 2nd Xbox is the home Xbox, and when you want to play offline, make sure the console is in offline mode.

    You can shair internet with both console. But you need a router and another long cable. But if you have a computer. You can set up wireless network between your PC and XB1.

    Could you please explain what do you mean sharing game over network?
    Most likely talking about Network Transferring the games on a local network to another console. This is what I assumed was being talking about. The only thing with that is, if wanting to share those games with a friend, one would need to have that console
    as a Home Xbox.

    Nope. A router job is to split connectionof your internet.
