Ok so I have UpNp enabled and I know that for a fact because I'm able to play games... Okay so I'm gonna explain everything... I play games like call of duty and apex legends... I will just be sitting there playing with my friends playing call of duty and outta know where my xbox will just disconnect from the internet BY THE WAY IM WIRED WHEN THIS HAPPENS... And I get kicked from the party and game and I get kicked to the home screen and I'm no longer connected... I go to network setting and check and EVERY TIME it says NAT Type: Unavailable

Xbox.com/xboxone/Teredo and I dont know what this stupid teredo thing mean but it makes no since because I'm able to play wired I sometimes go weeks day without getting this error but lately it's been happening a lot more and I dont understand why I have a arris router with a netgear extender... and by the way I dont lag when I'm wired my pings good everything is good upload speed download speed and everything else... But when I unplug the ethernet cable from my extender and xbox so I'm no longer wired I dont get this error but I dont like playing like this because I have higher ping... I dont know if there is a fix or not but its annoying because I cant find any solution's.

Have you tried a hard reset on the Xbox? Hold the xbox button down on the front until it shuts off. After this are you still getting the same speed? Have you also tried changing out the ethernet cable or a different port on the router? Also you could
try changing the DNS to Google which is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 You can do this by going to your network setting on your Xbox. Push the Xbox button on your controller and on the left hand side go down to settings> All settings>Network>Network settings>Advanced
settings>DNS settings>Manual I hope this helps

When you did the hard reset did you unplug the power cable from the back of the console? If not try the hard reset again but this time unplug the power cable from the back of the XBOX for 5 minutes then try it again. Update with the results. Good Luck!

Forward port 3075. Worked for me, but I do have my One on moderate for a while now. Just can't get it to open anymore.
