    Ive been trying to fix my nat as it's set on strict But now on the network settings screen it's stuck saying "you need. Be online to see network statistics".

    I am am online though, I'm signed in and can play call of duty mp. Because of my strict nat I'm stuck playing diablo 3 solo. This is very stupid that we even have to go through this in the first place Microsoft to play a simple game online, after all
    the money we spent on your console.

    not only is my nat stuck on strict, but I now can't even access the. Network settings screen.

    Cant connect to my friend on black ops 4

    yes, that is the port im currently on, but on the black ops network settings it says it need port 3075 to enable open nat

    Cannot start a party and cloud saves will not sync on any game.

    Can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console so we can take a closer look? Also, are you enrolled in the Insider Preview program?

    Ok so I got past my first problem with a hard reset, (holding down the power button for 10 seconds)

    But my second problem still remains... My NAT being on strict and me playing games solo as a result.

    Yeah im having the same problem but im connected but i cant see what my settings bc its stuck on the screen saying i need to be online WHY ISNT THIS PROBLEM ANSWERED YET

    RESOLVED_-Console stopped working- cannot access live

    when I try to go online (fortnite)it says check your connections and it advises me to test it in Settings.

    when I go online (apex) it tells me it lost connection to Xbox live and EA servers please check your Internet connection.

    when I go to test the connection it says my console is connected to the Internet.



    when I go to test network speed in statistics it tells me it’s unable to run the test because I need to be online to see network statistics.

    i’m not sure what it’s supposed to show but in the network settings screen on the far right where it says current network status it says service info is unavailable. It doesn’t even show the Wi-Fi that I am connected to.

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you saying that you can go online with GTAV while your console is connected to your hotspot, but you cannot while connected to your home network?

    If so, we would need to check your network connection statistics while connected to your home network. Go into your

    Network settings     and run the Network connection test, the Multiplayer connection test, and the detailed network statistics. You can find all of these tests on the right side of your network settings screen.

    If you come across any error codes or messages, let us know so that we can help you troubleshoot.
