    Network Settings Completely Gone


    For years, I've noticed that my network settings disappear from time to time. This has happened on Xbox One, Xbox One X and Xbox Series X all while I was on the Skip Ahead tier. Sometimes rebooting brings my network settings back. Sometimes it doesn't and I have to input them again. This seems like a major oversight. I even have my settings saved on my hard drive, but the system doesn't recognize that. I've reported this problem before, but it persists.

    Have you gone into network settings and run "Test Network Settings" to see if there is an issue?

    When I kept getting disconnected I reset my network settings on my xbox.

    System settings - Network settings - pick connection - configure network.

    I used manual settings and just reset it to automatic and everything has gone back to normal.
