    the previous day my Xbox worked just fine. I had to move it since but no damage was caused. After hooking it back up as usual and turning it on, I had to connect to my internet because it had previously been on a different network. When I click on the "connect
    to Xbox live" button on the main menu and on the network settings in settings it does not allow me to. It pops up with an error code saying "something went wrong" "give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x90070490 at xbox.com/errorhelp
    so we can investigate... (etc) "

    Obviously I did so and it said there was no article available for the code. I've been turning off my Xbox or leaving it off for hours now and nothing seems to be working. I'm hoping to find a solution before trying to reset the Xbox. I'm afraid that if

    Network settings will not open

    Hi, I have a problem in which when I tried to connect to a new network I couldn’t access my network settings. I have tried restarting my xbox and even left it overnight without power and it still did not work in the morning. Do I need to factory reset my
    xbox or is there another method?

    Xbox is really, really slow right now.

    After a long fight my Xbox has allowed me to access the network settings. Does anyone know if having a strict NAT Type could be causing this? It used to be open but it seems to have changed. The Xbox is still really slow but it's starting to allow me to

    It might be that the other folks you're playing with are having a NAT issue, please take a look at

    this guide     to ensure your NAT is Open. As well as the folks you're playing with, have them take a look to ensure their NAT is also Open.

    2. Select System > Settings.

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need a system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to perform a quick power cycle on your console:

    I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.
