Network Quality Problems - Streaming to Windows 10

I will start off by saying I am in the preview beta ring, and this issue didn't start until I got the most recent dashboard update.

I am running a wired connection to both my computer and my Xbox One. I used to be able to stream at high quality without any issues (maybe an occasional hiccup). Now however, I am getting to where my screen freezes every 5-10 minutes. It will freeze for
about five seconds, and when it does I get a "Network Quality Problems" on the screen.

I have done a full power down on my computer, Xbox, and modem/router. I've made sure my NIC and graphics drivers are up to date.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way around it, or is it something I just need to hope will be fixed in a future update?

Can't stream to Xbox App.

Whenever I try to stream from my XB1 to my Windows 10 PC. It will say I started streaming, but I get a black transparent screen with a notice in the lower left corner saying "Network quality problems". This has been an issue since I installed full Windows
10 Pro (previously used Windows 10 free upgrade for Windows 7). Windows 10 was a clean install, and my network connection is fine. Why is there no picture?

Xbox one game streaming lag

testing the streaming = very high

Start streaming = "network quality problems" . Even on low quality settings

Xbox (chat) support sends me to Windows support, Windows support sends me back to Xbox support, then Xbox support sends me back to Windows support again, then windows support gives me a support phone number, when I call the number it's Windows support telling
me I have to contact Xbox support.

Same thing occurs to me after the Creators Update for Windows 10. Xbox support insists that it is a problem with Insider Preview members only and otherwise refused to help.

Reset everything, network, windows update, pending updates for windows store. reset windows store, tried multiple network cables, and wireless. Nothing changes the useless network quality issues message.

Video won't stream but audio streams ok for a few seconds until the connection is lost.
