    Hello, I have a problem on my Xbox One. This morning my console worked very well and now it no longer detects any wireless network and for about ten minutes the network with the cables. I try to reset it and it does not detect any network so I am not able to
    restart the console. Can you help me?

    Same for me. I can play solo and host private matches but as soon as I try an online game the message comes up

    I should say that it goes into the game but when its looking to find a match is when the message comes up network connection lost

    Have you tried to power cycle your modem/router? Basically power it of, unplug the power chord and waiting a minute before reinserting the plug and powering the modem/router on again?

    If that doesnt work you could power cycle the Xbox aswell, by holding in the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it has powered down. Unplug the power chord from the console and wait 30 seconds before reinserting the power chird and booting
    up again.

    Out of interest can you please let me know what firmware your router is running it will be shown on this screen of your router:-

    The WNDR3400 isn't on the Xbox certified list (it might not have been submitted for testing) but I like to keep a list of routers that do work that are not on that list, I can add it here then:-

    Are you able to try the ethernet cable to your Xbox? That would help us determine where the problem is. :)

    Hi Stomping! I can confirm that this is an ongoing issue for many CoD Ghosts players. In addition to the steps Faithless mentioned, I would also suggest a couple of additional things, which are troubleshooting steps publicized by developers on the CoD forums:

    1. Make sure on your router that you have forwarded the network ports Xbox One uses for network communication.

    2. Make sure your Xbox One is hardwired into your router to preserve the integrity of the connection.

    3. If all of the above (including rebooting the router and hard-resetting the Xbox) still cause issues, there is another possibility. The video below is from a user who has this issue, and has found a temporary workaround which seems to work for an extended
    period, or even causes the issue to go away completely until the next system reboot.
