    I have been trying to get into my internet for about three days now and every time I try it says check name or password when I know they are both right as I got into the internet on my phone with the same name and the same password I've been using on the Xbox so I'm confused how I can get in on my phone and other devices but not my xbox.

    Out of interest can you please let me know what firmware your router is running it will be shown on this screen of your router:-

    The WNDR3400 isn't on the Xbox certified list (it might not have been submitted for testing) but I like to keep a list of routers that do work that are not on that list, I can add it here then:-

    Are you able to try the ethernet cable to your Xbox? That would help us determine where the problem is. :)

    Hi Stomping! I can confirm that this is an ongoing issue for many CoD Ghosts players. In addition to the steps Faithless mentioned, I would also suggest a couple of additional things, which are troubleshooting steps publicized by developers on the CoD forums:

    1. Make sure on your router that you have forwarded the network ports Xbox One uses for network communication.

    2. Make sure your Xbox One is hardwired into your router to preserve the integrity of the connection.

    3. If all of the above (including rebooting the router and hard-resetting the Xbox) still cause issues, there is another possibility. The video below is from a user who has this issue, and has found a temporary workaround which seems to work for an extended
    period, or even causes the issue to go away completely until the next system reboot.
