    Network problem followed by dvd stopped playing properly


    I have been unable to connect my xbox to my home network, one of the networks claims that it needs a WEP key but its a WPA2. I have been unable to connect no matter what I try or even the network providers help. The worst is that when I tried to play a DVD
    it would not, before I tried to put it on the network it played my dvds great. Any ideas, my box is just a few months old....

    Xbox one DVD’s not playing properly

    Is anyone else having a problem playing DVDs through the blue ray player app?

    Was working fine a few weeks ago but now whenever I put in a dvd it doesn’t play properly (screen goes black and cuts in ever 5 seconds).

    Games and the home screen work ok but as soon as I put it a dvd it plays up.

    My Xbox One has also stopped playing Blu Ray and DVDs discs. I get the same error code.

    DVD Playback glitch

    Discs are discs...whether or not they're pirated is irrelevant. Test the DVD in another DVD playback device, such as a PC or a laptop. If the issuer persists, then it could be the DVD that's faulty. Generally counterfeit DVDs don't have holographic branding
    on them. It could also be a problem with the DVD itself. Nothing on the Xbox's end, if your games are reading properly.

    Yes, except I assumed it was because I got One X and there was a problem with that. I was playing DVDs fine at the start of this week, but none of them will play on the new box, acting just as you described: play a second, cut out for a few seconds, play
