Discus and support Network or server in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cannot see any of my friends online they're all appearing offline cant be in parties send messages etc...     you can try to change the network, since you believe that the problem is only the internet or the network, or the server. of course if it's the server, nothing you do will solve the problem and just wait.

    If you didn't reset the router you should repeat the process

    Not being able to download content is network/server related, resetting the network hardware allows to renew the connection to the servers
