    Network issues with Xbox.com/Play beta


    Hi all,

    I have the invite for xbox.com/play game streaming beta and have tried it. However its basically not useable. Its very laggy as if my internet isn't fast enough (stream is transcoding down the quality of the stream so its very pixilated also) however I have Virgin media fibre with 360 down 36 up. My Asus router has QOS enabled for gaming, but I also assumed that this would be categorised as web browsing so this also get priority. My router is telling my that the stream is taking less than 5 meg and doing a speed check ( /u/Temporary-Tailor-906

    Additional information is needed, please tell me:

    What device are you using to play via cloud gaming?
    If you try using a different device or Wi-Fi network the issue persist?
    When this started to happen? Or is this the first time that you try to play via cloud gaming?
    If you try opening a different game via cloud gaming something similar happens?
    The game finally loads or you encounter an error after waiting?

    And, are you using a VPN, firewall, proxy or similar service in your device?

    Issue with Recent Players on Xbox One Dashboard and xbox.com Website

    I sorted out this issue... it happends only after you play Battlefield 1 Open Beta... apparently the XBL system dont register the recent players that you played on Battlefield 1 Open Beta.... then that is the real reason :)

    If someone is having the same problem this can help they...

    Meanwhile, the recent players on XBOX.COM website are still not working for nobody :(

    But you can send messages from Xbox.com? Can everyone please download the beta app to see if the issue still occurs?
