Network issues with new Xbox One update.

I did not consent to any new update. I was not warned of any new update. All I did was turn on my Xbox One this morning, and was met with a new pop up indicating my console has just been updated, and gave me a peek at the so-called "new and improved" features.

Upon doing some research, the update I had gotten this morning (March 31st, at around 1:30 PM Eastern Time) was the recently released one that was supposedly put into effect as of March 29th. I have been playing my Xbox One, online, every single day since
I had first gotten it. For some unknown reason, my console was updated (once again, without my knowledge) late. Aside from the atrocious eyesore that is the new home and guide layout, I was met with a bigger, much more detrimental problem:
The Xbox refuses to acknowledge any and all WiFi signals. No matter how many times I refreshed the list, or how many times I reset my console, the list would not show any results. I decided to attempt to input the WiFi address manually, but
when it prompted me for the SSID, which I gave, it proceeded to attempt to connect without asking for any other crucial information, such as the security type and password. So this, obviously, ended it failure. My only other option is to connect it with a
wire, which I no longer possess.

Long story short, I cannot connect to WiFi because of this update. Does anyone has any more suggestions, or hopefully answers?

The article also when on to note that those with the "Instant On" feature enabled will be first to get the update since it will roll out in waves. Everyone else will received it by Thursday 12/12/13. I for one am very happy to see Microsoft quickly begin to fix the many small issues or bug currently found on the Xbox One. We can only hope they continue to be persistent and hasten.
