    Hey there.

Over the past 8 days my brother and I have been unable to connect our Xbox ones to a wireless network. 8 days ago there was an issue that shut our wifi down for a few hours and since then we haven't been able to connect to anything.

In the wireless networks, our wifi is visible and after putting in the password, the message "everything is good. Your console is now connected to the Internet" is visible, but we are unable to connect.

Other devices using the same network are able to connect, however. We have tried everything we can think of. We have tried power cycling our xboxes, power cycling the router and modem, clearing the MAC address, trying an alternate port, even factory resetting
both the modem and router and reconfiguring them. Nothing has helped. The issue seems to only be affecting our two Xbox Ones as well.

Even using an ethernet cable attached directly to the router (Cisco-Linksys E4200 Dual-Band Wireless-N Router)does nothing.

I'm completely out of ideas and need help desperately.

    :)
