    Hi, I have been experiencing slow connection via both wired & wireless for past week. Usually I get 20mbps wireless 5g & 70mbps wired. At the moment I am only getting max 3mbps on both wired/wireless. I have tried on/off 3min reset, and console reset (keep apps option). But still getting slow speeds. Could network card be issue? ...any help much appreciated. Thanks

    HI Sam,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Have you recently reset your router? If your NAT is not set to "open" or you do not have port forwarding enabled on your router this can cause download and upload issues for your console.

    Thanks XBF-Spartan, I have checked NAT and it's open, double NAT is not detected. I'm not sure what is happening tbh, other devices/consols are clocking usual speeds but not the Xbox s. Thanks for the suggestion though and any other ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Thank you for posting in Xbox forum.

    It seems that your Xbox Series S will detect nothing after trying to connect to another network. Let's work on this together in finding the best possibl esolution to this issue.

    There are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:



    1. Make sure your Xbox Series S is within range of your WiFi network and that the network is turned on and broadcasting.



    2. Restart your Xbox Series S and try connecting to the network again.



    3. Check that your WiFi network is not hidden. If it is, you will need to manually enter the network name and password.



    4. Try resetting your network settings on your Xbox Series S. To do this, go to Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

    Are you experiencing the issue on Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Series X|S? Is there any specific error code/message? There have been a lot of reports related to backwards compatability issues recently.

    "some internet issues" is pretty vague but try restarting your Xbox series s and if that doesn't work forget your Wi-Fi network then re-connect to it? lastly maybe try an ethernet cable?
