Network issue only on Xbox One

That indeed a big issue. Looking at your gamertag I think you may be german or at least speak german

1. You may want to take a look on this thread in the german forum's section on this issue:

2. It seems that (at least in Germany / Europe ) the xbox One is not supporting IPv6 within the LAN. At least there are no options to configure or monitor any IPv6 items at all. Also I tested having only IPv6 working in LAN and the One was not able to obtain
an IPv6 adress at all. I have no clue on the reasons for that.

3. There are no issues that players on an LAN with IPv4 cannot play with players on an IPv6 connection. You always have to differ between WAN and LAN here. So it doesn't matter at all, what you are using in the LAN as the connection to the servers and also
the other players are done via the WAN where you are connected to via NAT.

4. The DSLight connection here is a real big problem (Dual Stack Light = not a full implemented IPv4/IPv6 WAN connection). It provides only a IPv6 WAN connection towards your provider and uses an Tunnel to realise the IPv4 connection. As the One uses the
Teredo Tunnel Protocol to tunnel IPv6 data through a given IPv4 connection you get double tunneled. And thats causing big problems. To clarify this picture: you are using an IPv6 connection where an IPv4 connection is tunneled which is tunneleing an IPv6 connection.
Weird, huh?! Thats whats causing problems.

5. Originally it was said, that the One is working best with IPv6 at all, no matter WAN or LAN. But this is not working for some unknown reasons.

Oh your first post said you were thinking about sending it in for repairs nothing about telling me or genesis about it asking for you to send it in for repairs

Lets factory reset it go to settings - system - console info & updates - reset - reset and remove everything. Once you done that go through the initial setup again and see if you can fix it without getting repairs. let me know if the pop up asking for repairs
is gone and see if you are / aren't connected to a wired network. If the factory reset doesn't work then you will need repairs unless it is under warranty then it should be covered.

No need for repairs!

You can also try clearing the alternate MAC address settings - network - advanced settings - alternate MAC address - clear - restart

if my post or genesis post doesn't help then let me or genesis know and we'll try to resolve it. Genesis is great when it comes to internet connectivity so he'll be more of a help then me lol.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the
console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know.

If you still need to send it in for repair. If you registered your console then you should be able to log in here and get the process started. account.microsoft.com/devices

Well, I tried both of those. It is still saying I am connected through a wire and it's also saying I must send it in for repairs, sadly.
