Discus and support Network Download Issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Every since your Dec 16th update I can not get any faster than 5 mbps on my connection.     Every since your Dec 16th update I can not get any faster than 5 mbps on my connection. I have talked to both your support and my ISP. This is an issue with both mine and my son's xbox one. I'm pretty sure the update was suppose to be quite the opposite
    of what I am getting. Its not a hardware issue as it worked prior to that date and was working really well. Also to be effecting both of the systems is strange. I think your update has a major flaw that needs some looking into.

    so whats going to go wrong ?

    I too don't think overheating will be an issue but a network issue, all those millions of people trying to download the mandatory day one update at the same time is going to be fun, oh you just know this forum is going to be full of people screaming 'what the HELL is this ...' lol

    Star Wars: KOTOR 2 The Sith Lords download corrupt on 360

    Corrupt files happen when a download is constantly interrupted by your network. The start stop process or the delayed download and the constant restart sometimes has its affect on the file. If it takes too long to download that's the first sign. 360 games
    are small it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to download. The slight frame rate issues in Kotar 2 that is also a network issue. So all that you described adds up to a network issue. Try these trouble shooting steps and try downloading again.

    Downloading issues for 360. If that doesn't work you would have to contact the developer for issues with their game.

    Hi,

    One possible reason as to why the download stopped at 11% is due to interruption with the server during the download process. Another reasons is network connection issues between your device and your network hardware. Kindly answer the following questions
    and we'll advise the best approach in resolving this issue:

    • Are you downloading the game from the Windows Store?
    • Are you using an Xbox One console or a Windows 10 computer?
    • Is your device connected to a wired or a wireless network?
    • Have you tried downloading other games or apps to check if the same issue occurs?

    If your device is connected via wireless network, we recommend that you try using a wired network. Network speed is better if your device is connected to a wired network.

    Network setup is hardwired from a network hub to a Nighthawk router to a cable modem. ISP is Cable One with 150 down and 5 up. There is 2 xbox ones and 2 xbox 360s on network. Both xbox ones have the same issue. Also I have hardwired my personal xbox one
    directly to cable modem with the same result. Contacted Cable One support and they have stated there is nothing wrong on their end.
