Network download issues from xbox servers

Maybe someone here can help me. This was working fine until the November update. If I go to detailed network statistics it shows incorrect download speed from xbox live servers. As an example last night it showed 2.5mb download speed when I have 150mb. Upload
speed is normal. I am pretty good with networking so I tried to go directly to modem with the same result. It has to be an issue because any game I put in lags. Went to speedtest.net on my PC and it shows normal speeds (150mb down and 5mb up). Spent an hour
on the chat line with xbox support and he determined it was a firmware issue, it might be fixed with next update. After the last update, still not fixed. Any one have any suggestions?

WWE app is out.

It's good that the app came out for the One, and sooner than originally announced. What';s not good, is that it doesn't work properly! I was excited to download it and start watching the WWE Network on my big screen, but a lot of the old Raw episodes simply won't play. That is the main reason for me purchasing the WWE Network. I'm not sure if it's the app on the Xbox, or a problem with the WWE servers, but I don't remember having this problem while accessing the network from my PC.

Are you still having issues finding servers? If so, please share your detailed network statistics from under network settings so we can best help out.

 

Hey Rampone! Can you provide some details around your network setup? Who is your ISP, what hardware are you using, are there multiple Xbox consoles on the network? Post back and let me know so we can take a look in to this for you!

 

Network setup is hardwired from a network hub to a Nighthawk router to a cable modem. ISP is Cable One with 150 down and 5 up. There is 2 xbox ones and 2 xbox 360s on network. Both xbox ones have the same issue. Also I have hardwired my personal xbox one
directly to cable modem with the same result. Contacted Cable One support and they have stated there is nothing wrong on their end.

 

Hey Rampone! Having multiple consoles on the same network are most likely the issue here. Using multiple consoles can cause them to have duplicate IPs. Try connecting with just one and see if it helps resolve the issue. Post back and let me know!

 

Each console each has its own static IP address. Plus I hardwired just one console to the cable modem. Just the xbox one to modem with the same results.

Hey Rampone! Even with static IPs, multiple consoles can conflict on the same network (wired or wireless). Try with only one console connected to the network and see if it helps. Let me know how it goes!
