Network connectivity is blocked

Discus and support Network connectivity is blocked in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So I was trying to go online in Forza Horizon 4 but it couldn't connect.     Network connectivity is blocked


    So I was trying to go online in Forza Horizon 4 but it couldn't connect. I checked the network connectivity under windows settings and it says blocked. I tried the troubleshooting guide but it did not help me. As I was going through the solutions I noticed
    that the services Xbox Live Auth Manager and

    Xbox Live Networking Service are completely missing from the services list and so I could not even start them manually. I figured that might be the source of my problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on what should I do?

    Thanks for answering but I already went thorugh those troubleshooting guides and they didn't help. Now I've sent a Ticket and i hope this problem will get solved soon
