my console was working perfectly but after a reset , and have started a new configuration procedure appeared to me the problem that the console has problems with the internet , what can I do ? before that my xbox was connected without problems

Problems with internet through xbox one

Just rerun the test for network connection on your console so that error message is verified. If it does not connect again, the network connection troubleshooter will fix the problem for you.

How to Configure and test your Xbox 360 wireless Internet connection

After you have connected the Xbox 360 Wireless Connecting Adapter to your original Xbox 360 console, you have to configure and test the wireless connection.

Steps to Follow

1. On your controller, press the Guide button and proceed to Settings, then choose System Settings.

2. Go to Network Settings then select the name of your wireless network.

Note: If you do not find your wireless network, go to Advanced Options and then select Specify Unlisted Network. Proceed to enter the name of your wireless network, after which you will be asked to select the security type.

3. Enter your wireless network password.

4. You will get a prompt to update your console software. Select Yes.

Still Not Connecting?

If you get a connection error message after these steps, you should try using the Xbox LIVE Connection Solution to fix the problem.

Wireless or Wired?

Perhaps you're not getting a DHCP address from the router.

If you know the IP schema of your router, try statically assigning the IP,Subnet,Gateway,DNS.

My son's Xbox is wireless, and he sometimes has issues. Sometimes it was the router needing to be rebooted, though my Wired Xbox was just fine.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you provide a little more detail please? Are you able to connect your Xbox One console to Xbox Live? Are you able to access other Xbox Live services? Have you tried resetting your home network by unplugging the router/modem/gateway
for 5 minutes?

Have you set up the console with your account after the factory refresh?

Try to reset your console's connection first by going to: SETTINGS > SYSTEM > NETWORK SETTINGS > Select your NETWORK DEVICE > CONFIGURE NETWORK > ADVANCED SETTINGS > RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULTS. This will make your console's connectivity get reset. After
this, turn-off and on your console then go to: SETTINGS > SYSTEM > NETWORK SETTINGS > SETUP YOUR NETWORK > TEST XBOX LIVE CONNECTION. If resulted to all Green then this means that your console's connection to Xbox Live is good. If not, then check where the
RED X MARK would appear. After all these, try to check your Xbox Live Gold again.

problem may be occurring in the OS of the console so we suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while
keeping games and apps) Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
