    Hi Jethro,

    Thanks for updating us with your reply. If you are not familiar with how to configure your router settings, etc. then we recommend that you reach out to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for assistance in doing so. There may be some setting that is not
    allowing you to connect with Xbox Live, so it would behoove you to also take a look at the troubleshooting articles provided by my fellow XBF agents prior to contacting your ISP. This way, they can understand what you need from them.

    I'd also like to reiterate that you refrain from typing in all caps (it does go against the

    Xbox Forums Guidelines
    ) and may be construed as yelling to others, please.
