my network connection began becoming temperamental with me losing my connection every now and then. Now I can’t even get a connection with my controller light flashing intermittently. I checked my router it is fine, I suspect it is a software issue with
the Xbox, anyone got any ideas? Thanks

    Hello JaxMcG,

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We will need a few more details in order to make sure we provide the correct solution. Are you receiving an error message when attempting to connect to the WiFi? Is this error occurring on the
    Xbox One or Xbox 360?

    Hi,

Try changing the wireless channel on your router, try a few different channels to see which work the best for you

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I've been having the same issues, try hard resetting the Xbox and then set up the network again, it should take the password after. It's getting annoying having to reset my Xbox every couple hours just because of this

    Network Connection Issue.

Hey there Joe thanks for keeping in touch.

We apologize for this inconvenience but the error code at hand suggest there is a slow connection between the console itself and the router. Would it be possible to hardwire the console to the network hardware just for the set up process? Let us know so
    we can iron this out.
