Network Connection Failure

Discus and support Network Connection Failure in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; If I try to connect my console wireless or wired. It connects & disconnects every couple of seconds by itself.     Network Connection Failure


    If I try to connect my console wireless or wired. It connects & disconnects every couple of seconds by itself. My old Xbox one console works fine either way I connect it. Since I’ve received my series x console, I have been unable to play a single
    game online due to network failures.

    has anyone had this problem?

    it seems to me like a hardware problem at this point

    Try This:

    Delete your profile (profile ONLY as opposed to profile and items, when prompted)

    Clear your system cache 3 times (Make sure to do this three times!)

    Turn your console off, then back on

    Re-download your profile

    It's all linked above. Try it and let me know how it goes. It worked for me like two days ago - I hope it works for you too!

    It may by as simple as the type of cable you are using to connect from your router to your xbox. Have you maybe tried connecting via WiFi? In any case it may be your router. Perhaps testing your xbox at a friends house to see if it connects via the internet
    should eliminate it being your xbox.

    It sounds like the Xbox is not getting a good connection to the router. I would also recommend checking the cable that you are using to connect the Xbox to the router. Are there any link lights on the router for the port you connected your Xbox too? I don't
    think your connection speed in an issue. A 6Mb connection is more than enough for XBL to connect.
