    Network card problem

The machine keeps telling me that I need to unplug network wire from the machine but I did not connect wire into it. When I run the diagnose, they say there is a error with network card and need to contact for service.

    Network card

Hello, I just realized that the Xbox 360 uses weird usb looking network card. Is there an actual reason to this? Or is it made like that to make sure no one just replaces the network card to something else they like. Also does anyone know how to remove the BIOS of the Xbox? Ive been trying to install LInux however the BIOS is in the motherboard. Any help is great thank you

Your network card might need replacing, the last time I saw that problem it was the network card in the xbox it self. If nothing else buy the original wireless device for the xbox and use it to get wifi.

    Network card problem

    Hello BI4UUN,

Lets start with a Hardreboot of your console. To do this follow These steps:

    - Hold down the White Xbox Logo on the Console itself untin it turns off

    - Disconnect the Powersupply from the Console

    - Wait ~ 2mins

    - Plug everything back in

    - Try again

Let us know if that helped. If you are seeing any error Messages with Error Codes please let us know about them, too.

    MAC Adress

    Hi!

The MAC (Media Access Control) Address is a unique identifier that is assigned to the network card by the manufacturer. It is used in network architecture to reach hosts and have, in a local network, different network cards, each with there own MAC address
    to identify they.

    Now, what's problem u have?

    Network Card

Okay, I tried a new Ethernet Cat6 cable, tried a different port from my switch, used the ethernet that the PS4 was using and no changes, still teleporting everywhere. I changed to Wireless (Although I don't prefer it as my house has a weak signal) and
it works perfectly fine. My ethernet port is somehow faulty? I don't even use my Xbox up until now.

    Network Card

    Hi thanks for the reply

Guess what, i did both resets and im still teleporting everywhere. I downloaded the patches at full speed at decent pace (9gb worth of patch in 15 minutes or so). I even pulled out the power for 5-10 minutes which i did not do previously but dont see a reason
to as i barely turn on this console. My NAT type is open on the xbox as well. This is becoming increasingly frustrating. Doing a full reset helped a little bit but i am still teleporting out of the map and barely moving.
